      The readline() waiting for the move to arrive in the server has been
      encapsulated in an asyncio.wait_for in order to add a possible timeout
      for the moves.
      
      If the move is not received before the timeout, the other player wins.

      server now gracefully shuts down. This will be much easier to schedule
      automatic runs.

      Since the server and clients will be used as subprocesses inside a
      parent program, it is necessary to flush the standard output after
      printing (otherwise the parent process will not see anything before the
      end of its subprocesses).
