Removes hugo-academic Git Submodule and replaces it with Wowchemy Hugo Module

Also enable robots.txt in config.toml

Helps prevent "ERROR: Homepage not found at /home/index.md!" due to Hugo not fully re-rendering the homepage.

Redundant as it's inherited, but including a default here may be more intuitive for site admin looking to change the icon.

- Login to Netlify and setup your editors under the Identity section
- Head over to YOUR_URL/admin/
